We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that sometimes unforeseen events can cause you to miss a scheduled appointment. Because of this we “forgive” your first missed appointment. If you miss a second appointment without 24 hours notice, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
